I’m finally back on the meal prep grind, and Andrew and I made one of our old go-tos yesterday for the week. Andrew found this blackened chicken and quinoa recipe (adapted from Jamie Oliver) when we were living in Brooklyn in 2013, and it’s been one of our staples ever since. We love that this dish is easy to make in bulk, and while it’s healthy, it’s also super flavorful and not at all boring.

A long, open-front cardi is the perfect piece to transition your wardrobe from winter to spring, or for an extra layer to wear right now.

If you’re looking for something to keep you entertained on your morning commute or walk with the dog, look no further than Panoply’s The Walk. This immersive podcast is designed to be listened to while walking – each episode is roughly a 1.2-1.4 mile walk. The Walk begins in Inverness station, Scotland. Through a case of mistaken identity, you, “the walker,” become the star of the show after you are given a vital package that must be couriered to Edinburgh after a terrorist attack.

Season four of the Netflix original series Grace & Frankie returned on January 19th. If you’re not familiar with the show, it follows Grace and Frankie (played by Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin, respectively, one-time rivals who learn that their husbands have fallen in love with each other and want to get married. As everything around them falls apart, they learn to rely on each other. I never thought I could relate to a series about aging women in their 70s – but this series is laugh-out-loud funny. It’s also full of insane house inspo – all of the properties in the show are drool-worthy, starting with Grace and Frankie’s beach house.
