One of the most fun (but also most challenging) aspects of blogging is finding the right setting to take photos. Living in a resort town in South Florida, the beach would seem to be the obvious place for photos. But what I love about Delray Beach is its diversity – not only in terms of people, but also in terms of architecture and settings. I particularly love to shoot along historic Swinton Avenue – home to some of Delray Beach’s oldest structures, tucked behind lush landscaping. True, some of these buildings sit vacant and in a certain level of disrepair – but I still love the pastel colors of these little beach bungalows. The shabby state of this particular millenial pink cottage also made for an interesting contrast to a thoughtfully curated outfit. Keep scrolling for outfit deets.
